Customers appreciate the product's appearance, with many finding it looks as pictured and is beautiful. However, opinions are mixed regarding the shag's fluffiness and whether the design is clearly visible. The product quality is a concern for many, with frequent complaints about excessive shedding and the material not meeting expectations. Some reviewers also noted issues with the design being obscured by the shag and a strong chemical smell.
