Customers highly praise the product's quality, appearance, and value, frequently describing it as beautiful, luxurious, and well-made. The rug is noted for its durability and ability to withstand wear, making it a good investment. While the colors are generally considered accurate and appealing, some reviewers mention that the blue may appear more charcoal or steely-blue than true navy. The product's texture is described as thick but firm, which some find less comfortable underfoot than expected for a jute rug.
