Customers say

Customers praise the product for its comfort, with many clients noting how comfortable it is. The overall impression is positive, with the product often described as perfect and exceeding expectations. It is also considered a great value for the price, offering good quality and sturdy construction. Assembly is generally reported as easy and straightforward. However, some reviews mention that the wooden arms can scuff easily and that the chair may feel a bit unstable if rocked side to side. There are also comments about the hydraulic lift not always pumping smoothly or the chair needing a client to be seated for the pump to go down.
