Hand-knotted in wool, this modern rug, originating from India, draws on abstract expressionist themes with a look like a watercolor, favors greens, blues and complementary tones in between—able to brighten any space. On the Design: A new addition to the handmade rugs in the modern rug line by Rug & Kilim, this modern rug features blue and green tones with a look like a watercolor. This design evokes a fluid play of different blues, greens, and brown paint strokes. Keen eyes might see a nod to watercolors, and further admire its unique play with the distressed texture.
