From Rug & Kilim’s Scandinavian Collection, this rug is handwoven in a new flat weave construction using a blend of wool and exotic yarns–the soft new texture inspired by alpaca yarnsOn the design:Admirers of the craft may admire our Swedish flatweave rug with an exemplary blend of wool and exotic yarns complementing the varied hues with a striated, abrashed look. Keen eyes may admire the geometric patterns in subtle tones of green and black—offering exceptional pagination & movement in a modern scale. Connoisseurs may admire this proprietary technique of ours that both innovates and honors mid-century weaving techniques inherent to Scandinavian style. Our flatweave’s more durable, weighted body is also a hallmark of the collection, made for high-traffic and heavy-furniture spaces. This, alongside several elements detailed here, represent R&K Principal Jahanshah Nazmiyal’s hope to honor this mid-century modern aesthetic. His Scandinavian Collection is a contribution to that style, and a renaissance for its designs with more comfortable, current techniques.Custom Capable:All sizes and colors available—inquire for a quote.Custom Projects: The pricing for our rugs is calculated on a per-square-foot basis and applies to the standard sizes noted.
