Hand-knotted in a special blend of Ghazni wool, this rug is a new addition to the custom-classics Burano Collection by Rug & Kilim—enjoying a design inspired by an antique Bidjar rug design from 1890.On the Design:Admirers of the craft will note a particularly fabulous pictorial in the pattern, not to mention a gorgeous range of colors in this design. A warm brown field underscores both floral patterns and animal figurals of lions and birds in gold, bright blue, and red tones with deliciously saturated colors and movement. Admirers of the craft will further appreciate an especially soft, comfortable texture and beauty inherent to the Ghazni wool that underscores this piece. It’s an intentional contribution to a classic for a more contemporary level of comfort, and one of the many beauties that makes this collection a sophisticated, smart new language in design..Custom Capable:All sizes and colors available—inquire for a quote.Custom Projects: The pricing for our rugs is calculated on a per-square-foot basis and applies to the standard sizes noted.
