Customers praise the product's appearance, noting its beauty and how it enhances rooms. The texture and softness are frequently highlighted, with many describing it as plush and luxurious. The color is also a strong positive, often matching expectations and adding a desirable pop to spaces. Reviewers consistently mention the good quality of the product, with some noting its thickness and durability. However, some customers found the rug to be too thick for robot vacuums, and a few mentioned that the color was not as luxe as hoped.
