Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, high quality, and sturdy construction, noting it looks elegant and modern. The design is appreciated for its sleekness and the inclusion of a waterfall feature and handheld shower. Functionality is generally good, with easy installation and satisfactory water flow. However, some users experienced issues with the diverter failing after about 18 months, and one review mentioned a design flaw with the handheld shower base causing water to collect and damage paint.
