Customers appreciate the product for its beautiful appearance, accurate colors, and good quality that looks more expensive than it is. They consider it an exceptional value for the price, noting that it brightens spaces and complements room decor well. However, customers have mixed opinions about thickness, as many find it quite thin and recommend using a rug pad for extra cushioning and stability.
