Customers generally praise the product's appearance, with many finding it gorgeous and as pictured. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, with some loving the vibrant hues and others finding them too vivid or faded compared to online images. The product's thickness is a common concern, with many reviewers noting it is quite thin and recommending a rug pad. There are also concerns about the accuracy of product representation, as some customers received rugs that did not match the pictures or previous purchases.
