Customers praise the product for its comfort, with many describing it as soft and like sleeping under a cloud. It is also noted for its excellent temperature control, providing warmth without overheating, making it suitable for all seasons. The quality of the product is frequently highlighted, with reviewers stating it is well-made and a good value for the price. Many appreciate its lightweight feel, making it comfortable for year-round use. However, a significant concern raised by customers is the material, specifically the issue of feathers constantly escaping, leading to a messy environment.
