Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and solid, sturdy construction. Many reviewers highlight its excellent value, noting that it looks more expensive than it is. However, some customers found the single handle for both the tub filler and hand shower to be a bit tricky to use, occasionally leading to accidental spraying.
