Customers praise the product for its cute, attractive design, compact size, and useful dimmer feature, making it a great value for the price. The item is well-made and provides soft, cozy ambient lighting. However, opinions are mixed regarding quality, with some reviewers noting that the lamp shades feel flimsy, thin, and prone to minor fraying.
