Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance, with many describing it as beautiful, stunning, and elegant. The texture is frequently praised for being soft, plush, and comfortable underfoot, adding a cozy feel to rooms. The color is also a highlight for many, with reviewers noting it is true to photos and complements their decor. However, a significant number of customers express disappointment with the product's thinness, noting it lacks plushness and often requires a rug pad for added comfort.
