Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance, noting its unique texture and beautiful color. The style is described as a mix of rustic and modern, fitting well in various settings. While the product is praised for its looks, some reviewers mention it is not soft underfoot and is intended more for visual appeal. There are also comments about the dye bleeding when wet, though this did not affect the rug's color.
