The Light Colorful Antique Braided American Oval Shape Rug is an exceptional piece that represents the enduring American textile tradition of the 1930s. Handcrafted this flatweave wool rug features a durable, textural surface created by tightly woven strips. The sophisticated palette blends neutral creams, tans, and dark browns with vibrant flecks of red, blue, and green for a dynamic multicolor effect. Its concentric, elongated oval design spirals outward from the center, creating a mesmerizing geometric flow that functions as an allover pattern. With a low 0.25-inch pile height, this substantial room-sized rug carries the warmth and history of Depression-era craftsmanship, making it an ideal anchor piece for defining living areas.
