Customers generally find the product to be of good quality and appearance, with many praising its value for the price. The color is often described as true to the pictures. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the thickness, with some finding it too thin and requiring an underpad, while others find it acceptable for the cost. Some customers also noted issues with the rug arriving folded, causing creases.
