Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, high quality, and excellent value, with many noting that it looks even better and softer in person. Some reviewers also found the design and depiction to be accurate to online photos. However, customers have mixed opinions about color and the accuracy of product representation, as several buyers noted that the actual shades appeared significantly darker, duller, or different from the website images.
