Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and lovely color, noting it looks as pictured and adds a luxurious feel. The texture is described as silky soft and cool on the feet, contributing to a positive overall quality. However, some reviewers mention that the product is difficult to clean and not recommended for high-traffic areas due to staining issues. Shedding has also been noted as a concern.
