Passarelli Inviting Ruby Yellow Hand Tufted Wool Contemporary Abstract Area Rug

This yellow area rug is hand tufted in wool, with a contemporary abstract design. Hand tufted means yarn is punched through a backing by hand with a tufting tool, then secured with a latex backing, which gives a dense, even pile at a lower price than a knotted rug. The pile is about 1/2 inch thick. Sizes in this listing: 4' Round, 4' x 6', 8' Round and 9' x 12'. The round sizes fit entryways and sit under a round table, while the rectangles anchor larger rooms. Made in India. Care: vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills right away, and use a rug pad. Some shedding is normal in the first weeks.
