Customers praise the product for its high quality, thick and plush feel, and beautiful appearance. The design and texture receive widespread acclaim for adding warmth and style to living spaces. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, noting that shades can appear more muted, darker, or more orange than pictured. Additionally, some report durability issues regarding pulled threads and pilling, particularly in households with pets.
