This rug feels very flimsy. The best description I can come up with is it's like a giant microfiber towel with latex backing. It's soft but really doesn't seem like it would hold up well. We put it down over a rug pad and it was still bunching up when you walk on it. Looks pretty cheap. Luckily because it's flimsy it's not too heavy so the cost of returning wasn't excessive. It has been sent back.

This rug was exactly what I was looking for in our back hall! It is soft and so far vacuums nicely, good quality. Just the right thickness and color to make the hallway feel warm and elegant. Very pleased.
