Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and soft, plush texture. Many reviewers highlight its softness and good quality construction. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color, with some finding it different than expected and others noting a mix of blue and beige flecks. A significant concern for some customers is a persistent chemical smell.
