Customers say

Customers praise the product's quality and appearance, noting its softness and beautiful colors. However, there are significant concerns regarding the material, with reports of nubs coming undone, twigs and debris within the wool, and sharp objects poking feet. Durability is also an issue, as the product snags, pulls, and sheds.
