Customers say

Customers praise the product's quality, appearance, and soft, nubby texture, noting it helps pull rooms together and feels comfortable. However, there are significant concerns regarding the material, with reports of nubs coming undone, twigs and debris embedded in the wool, and human hair woven in. Durability is also an issue, as the product snags, pulls, and sheds, with some loops coming out after vacuuming.
