Joan Handmade Wool Ivory/Cream Plush Bordered Area Rug

Customers find the product visually appealing, with many complimenting its appearance and unique look. However, there are significant concerns regarding product quality, specifically excessive shedding, which is a recurring issue across multiple reviews. The thickness of the rug is also a point of contention, with many finding it thinner than expected, particularly in the center, often requiring a rug pad. Opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it not as depicted in images. Despite these drawbacks, some customers do praise the product's quality and softness.
