Customers are pleased with the product's color, noting it is accurate to online photos and complements their decor. The texture and softness are frequently highlighted as positive attributes, with many describing the rug as fluffy and luxurious. The appearance is also well-received, with reviewers finding it beautiful and matching their expectations. However, some customers have noted that the product may be a bit thin and requires a rug pad for optimal use on hard surfaces. There are also comments indicating that the rug may flatten out with regular use and can be difficult to clean.
