Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its beautiful appearance and true-to-photo colors. The softness of the material is also frequently highlighted, contributing to a cozy feel. However, a significant concern raised by customers is the excessive shedding of wool fibers, which is noted across multiple reviews and impacts the product quality.
