In fact, our confidence is proudly backed by offering a 10-years warranty on our Crescent Garden-branded rotomolded planters. Our planters are constructed to last through winters and summers alike, indoors or outdoors. In the incidence of cracks or fades due to defective workmanship and materials during the first 10 years from the date of purchase, Crescent Garden will replace the planter with its then closest current model. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on replacement. Mishandling, misuse, failure to follow the directions for use, improper storage, neglect, accidents, or any other hazard to the product voids this warranty. Customers praise the product for its excellent quality, sturdy construction, and attractive appearance, noting that it fits planters perfectly and functions well to protect floors from water damage. While many find the size to be appropriate and the product to be a good value, some customers express concerns about the price, considering it to be a bit high for a plastic item. There are also mixed opinions regarding the color consistency of certain shades.
