Customers find the product visually appealing, with many noting its attractive appearance and beautiful wood. The quality and sturdiness of the stools are frequently praised, and the swivel mechanism is described as smooth and easy to use. However, opinions on the material are mixed, with some customers disappointed that the fabric is more like vinyl or plastic and has required reupholstering, while others appreciate its wipeable and durable nature.
