Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its resemblance to wool. The material is described as soft yet durable, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and pet owners. Many appreciate the color options and how well the product hides dirt. However, some reviewers mention issues with the rug not laying flat and concerns about its long-term durability in very high-traffic zones.
