Customers praise the product for its exceptional softness and comfort, noting its plush feel underfoot. The appearance is described as beautiful and high-quality, with muted colors that complement various design styles. However, a significant concern is the persistent shedding, which continues even after extended periods of use and can clog vacuums. Additionally, some reviewers mention that the product stains easily, impacting its practicality.
