Icelandic Natural White Genuine Sheepskin Rug - Single Pelt

A genuine Icelandic sheepskin, tanned whole with the fleece left on. Icelandic sheep grow a long double coat, so the wool falls in loose curls rather than the short dense pile of a standard sheepskin, and it catches the light differently across the surface. Every pelt is different in shape, curl and tone, and no two are ever the same. The wool sits on a white leather backing, the traditional sheepskin finish, and the single pelt measures roughly 2 by 3 feet. Use it on the floor beside a bed, thrown over the back of a chair or layered across a bench. Real sheepskin rather than a synthetic, it shakes out and spot cleans.
