Customers praise this product for its exquisite appearance, solid quality, and suitable size for tall entryways and staircases. They also appreciate the adjustable cords, which make it easy to customize the height of each strand. While many found the setup manageable, customers have mixed opinions about installation due to poor instructions and the time required to adjust multiple pendants.
