Customers consistently praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting that it is well-made and looks even better in person than in pictures. The colors are frequently described as true to the images, and many reviewers find the product to be a great value for its price. While most feedback is positive, some customers mention that the rug sheds and can be a bit scratchy.
