Customers generally praise the product's appearance and quality, with many finding it beautiful and well-made. The thickness of the rug is also frequently highlighted as a positive attribute. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it matches expectations while others feel it is not accurately represented and leans more towards tan or brown than gray. Concerns about durability have also been raised, with some reviewers noting issues with fraying, pulling threads, and the rug coming apart, particularly in high-traffic areas or with pets.
