The Antique Oversized American Hooked - Loop Pile Rug is an exceptional textile piece dating back to 1925 during the height of the Art Deco era. Handcrafted using a durable wool loop pile technique, this runner features a strikingly modern geometric design. A bold, centralized arrow motif with a stylized 'N' anchors the composition against a luminous ivory, tan, and white foundation. Accented with matte black, scarlet red, and charcoal grey, the rug showcases a streamlined aesthetic characteristic of early American modernism. Measuring approximately 2.08ft by 20ft, this unusually long and narrow oversized runner provides a dramatic focal point for grand entryways or extended hallways. Its 0.5-inch pile height offers a sophisticated texture that contrasts beautifully with its bold, directional pattern.
