Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and stylish design, noting it looks expensive and unique. The sofa is frequently described as comfortable, with many finding it surprisingly so. Reviewers also highlight the good quality and solid construction of the product. However, a recurring concern is the product's low height, which some customers found to be shorter than expected and potentially unsuitable for regular use by older individuals.
