Customers praise the product's appearance, with many finding it beautiful and exactly as pictured. The colors are frequently described as vibrant and accurate to online photos. Reviewers also appreciate the softness and plush texture of the rug, noting it is comfortable underfoot. The quality is generally considered good, with some customers expressing pleasant surprise given the moderate price. However, some users noted that the rug may not be as thick as expected and that the initial fluffiness can diminish over time, particularly in high-traffic areas. There were also comments about the rug not flattening properly and discrepancies in stated versus actual dimensions.
