Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of this product, noting it looks great and fancy. It is also praised for its value, with reviewers finding it an outstanding value compared to more expensive alternatives. However, opinions on durability are mixed, with some finding it holds up well and keeps out water, while others express concerns about its longevity, especially in harsh weather. The material is a point of contention, with many customers disappointed that it is plastic rather than metal as expected, and some find the size to be smaller than anticipated.
