It works well for food prep, storage, or display, the whole structure made of stainless steel makes it heavy-duty and durable. You can adjust the height of the rubber feet to make the table stable on uneven ground. And the screws are pre-installed in the lock location of the tabletop and undershelf, it is easy to install.
This is a very nice HOME prep table. It is not an industrial heavy duty one but for home use it’s great! I have it in a garage and needed the stainless steel to help in preventing rust. I am also leaving the protective film on until I get a mat for it. The assembly was okay by myself. Make sure the bottom shelf’s set screws are all the way out to give clearance for the shelf to slide on the legs, use a level to ensure it’s level before tightening a self tapping set screw, work opposite sides first, check level as you go. That’s the hardest part of assembling, but not hard if you take your time. You can set the bottom shelf at any height to fit your needs.
