Mouse & Rat Small Animal

This 2-tier small animal cage with a stylish New Zealand wood finish is perfect for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and squirrels. It features a sturdy metal frame, double-door design for easy access and cleaning, and a top enclosed locker to store pet supplies securely. Metal ramps offer non-slip, durable access between levels, while slide-out trays simplify daily care. Four 360° universal wheels (2 with locks) allow easy transport and secure placement. The embedded hammock buckle adds extra comfort, and the elegant round locks ensure safety. A spacious, functional home that blends seamlessly with your home decor while meeting your small pet’s needs.

We bought this for two rats and it's very spacious and pretty much perfect for them. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. The doors seem a bit cheap and flimsy. Not that a rat can breakout of them, but they don't align perfectly and there is a bit of "flex". Doesn't have any impact on our use case, but worth noting. The storage on the bottom is handy for extras, the wheels are nice for pulling the cage out and vacuuming under it and behind it. The look is very nice and it's not your average rodent cage. The only thing that I would add for future iterations of this cage is more hooks to the top for toys. On the top level there are 4 hooks for the hammock it comes with and nothing else, so you have to add your own and do something else. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with our purchase.. Kara. IN. 4 stars because: The assembly of the hamster cage was ok, but instructions were not very clear. Also, there was a sticky sap kind of substance on every piece and scraping that off of the plexiglass and wood to even begin assembling took about 45 minutes. However, it is very nice looking and seems sturdy.. Susan. Smiths Station, AL. Wed Oct 14 2026

This rabbit hutch is two floor designed to the better living condition for bunnies. There is a ramp connect the upper floor and lower floor. Your furry friend will fall in love with the rest room and running area. In the field of cleaning, two large slide tray and multiple openable doors will help you a lot. Safeguard lock & rain resistant open roof with a more robust metal hinge for more extended usage. Keep the guinea pig safe and away from predators. Give your pet a warm home.

This hutch has been great for our 4 guinea pigs, they have plenty of room and the unscreened doors offer them a area that helps them feel safe and secure. The included instructions to put the hutch together arent the best but its pretty easy to figure out what piece goes where. The ramps inside of the hutch could pose an issue for some critters because it is a pretty steep incline that you may need to add something extra like peel and stick sand paper or small pieces of wood to offer your critters something they can get traction on. The hutch does have a strong odor in the beginning but it does dissipate over time. The interior is easy to wipe down and clean and the removable drawer floors on both levels make it easy to just pull out the drawer and dump in a trash bag. Bedding can be added to the inside and not much makes it through the screens onto the floor.. Elizabeth. Glen Burnie, MD. Tue Sep 15 2026

I rescued some baby squirrels that had lost their mother and it was perfect for them until they were old enough to set free. They now live happily in my parents back yard where they have lots of trees and two small ponds. My parents put food out for them to make sure they are eating well and they come to visit whenever my parents out in the yard. They are still wold and don't get too close which is exactly what my parents intended. This is not the first time they have rescued small wild animals and eventually were able to be set free into the wild.. Robert. Oregon. Mon Aug 24 2026

This cage is suitable for a variety of small animals including ferrets, chinchillas, rats, squirrels, and sugar gliders, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. Overall it is a nice cage for a ferret. Also some ferrets don't like wooden ramps so you might have to add ramp covers.. Sarah. Port Orange, FL. Sat May 16 2026

So far this is working out for our hamster. We made the bottom section a big burrowing area with paper bedding and just made it lower by the doors so it didn't fall out if we needed to open it. This is one of the only cages that was close to the recommended sizes for a hamster and it was able to fit everything we planned.
