The large chicken coop comes with a chicken run and has two large nesting boxes. The chicken house has four perches with large removable sliding trays for easy cleaning. There are six access points for easy access to all areas of the coop. Features three ventilation windows in the sleeping area to keep it well ventilated. I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. I moved and only had one chicken left. I wanted to take her with me because she is 11 years old and my new farm didn't have any kind of chicken coop area. I purchased this thinking it would be a great place for her live out her life. However, it is extremely small. I couldn't stand to see her in such a small area. I think it might be a great area for a couple of bunnies or if you need a place to put small chicks before you integrate them into an adult flock of chickens. I will now just resell on Marketplace as I already have it all assembled and didn't want to try and repackage to send back. The only part a little tricky was placement of the hinge on the left for roof, I wish the screw holes were marked better. I bought this cage for my chicks. I’ve always wanted to raise chickens but never got around to it—until I found this beautiful cage on Wayfair. I ordered it right away, and now I have 15 chicks! The cage is sturdy and well-built. It arrived in a box, and assembly took me about an hour. Overall, it turned out to be a great purchase.
