This catio is a game changer!! My daughter’s cat is obsessed with it! She used to harness him and put him on a tie out to get fresh air and stimulation, but he’d always manage to get out of the harness. Now he can be outside without having to constantly worry. It has a great cedar smell to it and seems to be good quality. Assembly took about 2 hours, but was worth it in the end! She wheels it in and out of the garage daily so the wood will last longer. She added a litter box to the bottom and puts his food bowls out as well, so he’s set for the day!. Joni. Hobart, WI. Tue Jun 30 2026

This acrylic pen is really nice. You can put together different ways depending on the space you need. It snaps together with connectors and was super easy. Love the gate that gives easy access to the inside. I’m going to use it for the a bunny.. Nicole. Urbana, IL. Mon Nov 02 2026

This catio is really attractive. It seems solid and is spacious. I wish the small doors swung inward instead of out - that doesn’t make much sense to me - that’s why I gave 45 instead of 55. Oh, and also some of the pieces didn’t fit well together and sort of cracked when drilling in. It doesn’t seem to impact the integrity initially, though.. Mindy. Pnw. Tue Oct 20 2026

We are very happy with this catio. We kept telling ourselves that we’d build one from scratch. 4 years later of procrastination and it was easier to buy this set up and spend 3-4 hours on a beautiful Saturday setting it up. We are glad we went with the taller one to cover the whole window. Some say it’s not sturdy but as soon as we bolted it to the house it became more trustworthy. The winds here in CO could take this down otherwise.. Anonymous. Sun Oct 25 2026

This catio took my husband and I a few hours to build, but overall wasnt too difficult - the instructions could be a little better, but theyre not too bad. The material is not super high quality, so hopefully it holds up over time! Our cats really love it and use it all the time! I do recommend this unit. I just wish it was a bit more sturdy.. Kate. We are so happy with this purchase. Our cats love it so much. It seemed a bit overwhelming when we opened the box but once he got in the zone, my husband put it together in less than 3 hours. He assembled the structure about 10 feet from where we wanted it to be, and he and I easily moved it together to its resting location, then put all of the shelves and such on it. 100% recommend and wish we had gotten it for our cats years ago.. It is a great size and the price was good. We rescued 3 kittens a couple months ago and they are now about 6 to 7 weeks old. They play in it and run around the tubes. They climb but they cannot reach the top level yet. LOL. The bottom has plenty of room for a litter box and food/water. Overall, it is a great setup. I can't wait to see how the kittens will play in it when they get older. They love being outside.. Alma. Carlisle, PA. Tue Oct 20 2026

The wall-mounted design links directly to your home, letting your cat freely explore indoors and outdoors. With a protective safety net, six jumping platforms and two ramps, it provides a secure, fun space for 2–3 cats to explore, climb, and relax in their own space.

Good size for our 2 cats. Wood is very lightweight but it does sturdy up when attached to the house. I did paint all wood parts with our house color and painted the wire black to make it more see through. Added a door handle/knob too. It’s cuter and blends in much better with these touches. Hoping it will also extend the life of the catio given our weather extremes. It’s attached to our garage and the cats seem to like it. It’s the tallest one we could find - it’s sleek and not too big.. Christie. Glenrock, WY. Mon Jul 13 2026

Multi-functional Cat Haven: 180° rotatable catio connects indoor/outdoor spaces with scratch post & hammock. Sturdy wheels + removable floor ensure easy mobility/cleaning. Expandable modular design fits multi-cat homes. Weatherproof roof shields pets from sun/rain, doubles as reptile cage. Ultimate comfort & versatility!

It works for our one kitty but would likely be too small for more than one, unless they're kittens. Its quality and durability are as expected for the price. I don't think I'd buy 2 and join them together. If I wanted a bigger enclosure, I'd just buy something else. We connected a tunnel from the kitty door on the house to the bottom door on the enclosure and our cat is free to come and go. It works for me!. April. Brookings, OR. Mon Aug 03 2026

It’s nice. Quality is good not the greatest some parts came dented (wood and cage material) but overall good quality. Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice.. Give your outdoor cat a cozy, weatherproof retreat with our insulated cat house! Made from durable poly lumber, it stays dry & pest-free with elevated legs. The openable roof makes cleaning a breeze, while insulation keeps them comfy year-round. Includes a handy side table for extra convenience!

If they weren't calling this "insulated", this would be a 5-star review. There is no insulation, but other than that, this shelter is perfect. I am not a handy person at all and had this assembled in under 15 minutes. The lid is perfect to add bedding/ blankets. We have a neighborhood stray that is very skittish but it has already taken to this little setup. Would definitely purchase again. Brentley. Madras, OR. Tue Oct 06 2026

This durable outdoor cat house features SF-grade spruce wood construction and waterproof plastic shingle roofing for weather resistance. Its multi-level design includes 4 platforms for jumping/resting, a movable security hut, and 3 outward-opening doors for natural access. The enclosure combines tightly-woven iron mesh with PVC panels (temperature control/visibility), offering flexible window or wall mounting with an elevated dry base.

I’ve been looking for one with kind of measurements and with some adjustments to the structure (for our needs and wants) this has been great. The instructions were pictures which I thought were a challenge, and a few pieces were cracked.. I used glue and packing tape for repair. But not with removing a star. I skipped the braces ( first steps so I could put it together in the house ) when my husband and I could assemble this outdoors I did end up replacing some of the upper parts with the same wire as the bottom. I purchased at tractor supply then replaced the two doors with just wire ( a good stapler is needed.) The big door at the bottom I added an extra lock so it gives me the access needed for “just in case” my cats would run in if I shake the treat jar. I got two pieces of strapping for the top to support the top by the roof and one for the center just for additional support. I am able to use power tools but I didn’t want to come up with the big design so honestly this is great! I got some exterior white paint just in case I feel it needs a bit more protection from the elements. Well I hope this review helps. We are pleased. Tami. Sun May 17 2026

Feeling guilty about keeping your cat cooped up indoors? Small enclosures can feel more like a cage than a sanctuary. The PawHut catio outdoor cat enclosure offers a spacious, walk-in design where you can bond with your pet. Its all-weather roof ensures protection, while customizable platforms and a hammock create an exciting playground. Finally, you can share joyful, secure outdoor moments together in their personal paradise.

Tough review to write. It was a lot of work to assemble. Many hours. I had to buy extra chicken wire and zip ties. But I think it's great. In the yard, I could have staked it, but on the deck, I'm using landscape bricks at the four corners - my patio table with an umbrella has blown away in high winds. But the roof is easy to remove if I know strong winds are coming. I think it's plenty sturdy, it should last years compared to the cat tents we've gone through. So not perfect, but I'm very happy to have purchased it, and I would do so again presented with the same choice.. Logan. La Crescent, MN. Sun Apr 12 2026
