Zoo Med Reptile

Zoo Med's Excavator Clay Burrowing Substrate allows reptiles to dig tunnels and burrows just like they do in nature. Watch your reptiles perform natural digging behaviors; mold and create multi-level terraces and burrows in your reptiles terrarium. Make your reptiles feel like they are "at home" in their natural habitat. Excavator holds its shape so burrows and tunnels won't collapse. A clay substrate that can be formed to your liking, while still allowing reptiles to dig tunnels and burrows. Excellent for: Bearded Dragons, Uromastyx Lizards, Leopard Geckos, Sand Boas and other burrowing snakes, Swifts and spiny lizards, Tarantulas and Scorpions.

Zoo Med ReptiSoil is a soil substrate for reptiles that is a blend of peat moss, soil, sand, and carbon. It can be used as a bedding or substrate for amphibians, tropical lizards, tarantulas, hermit crabs, insects, and other small animals. ReptiSoil is designed for tropical terrarium set-ups and is great for burrowing, egg-laying, and growing live vegetation. The added carbon helps aerate the soil and improves drainage. The coconut carbon in ReptiSoil provides a porous surface for beneficial bacteria to colonize and reduce persistent odors.
