Delivery was less than favorable, it was left in the driveway, nowhere close to the front door. Assembly was easy, only took a couple of hours and required only one screw driver. The only complaint was after assembly I couldnt open one of the latchable doors due to holes being drilled in the wrong spot when attaching the door! The middle platform blocks door from opening.. Update: It still standing after all these years! And my cats still love going into the cat house! I bought the Cat Run Playpen for a feral cat and her kittens. The playpen arrived in two large boxes and in about 25 pieces. I was able to assemble the run by myself, but it took about 8 hours to do so. Before assembling the product, I went through each piece, making sure the items were labeled. There were some labels on the pieces, but not all. So this took me about 30 minutes to prep the pieces. I probably would have finished the house and playpen an hour earlier, except when I tried to assemble the run to the house, I realized I had reversed the front and back cat house walls. That meant I had to break the house down and reassemble the house so the wire walls would connect to it. The house is very stable and I plan to add a clear stain to the wood pieces so it will last longer outdoors. I am very pleased with the playpen and was very pleased it arrived two days earlier than expected! I recommend two or three people assemble the playpen as it took a lot of time and patience to put this item together by myself!. Kristina. San Antonio, TX. Mon May 09 2022
