This bird carrier is a neat idea, but not well executed. To start with, packing was abysmal. The metal liner tray came crumpled up. I could get another, but I’m disappointed in the product anyway so not gonna use it. Lots of strings left hanging- QC is very poor. The body is okay, but still fairly flimsy. I recently bought this reptile, Carry bag for my granddaughter. While the design is appealing, the product lacks stability and clear instructions. It did not include a manual, requiring me to figure out how to turn on the thermometer independently. Additionally, there is no option to switch the temperature reading from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
