Nice sturdy heavy cage just as discribed but not exactly what I expected. It is pretty but the bars are thicker than our previous cage so it's harder to see the birds. It only has 1 actual access opening so not convient to move things around in the cage. Other 3 openings are for changing food & water out. This is very common for many cages but my birds are not tamed and I do not have a bird room. I love how convenient it is to clean the cage with the pull out grid and the metal tray. Much better than grid inside cage and staticy plastic tray. The cons are some parts are slightly off and the bottom catcher comes apart. My bird loves this tall cage fir hes swing and high areas. I like it because its light and i can hold it and walk through doors and set in shower stall for easy clean up. I do buy a new cage once a year due to cleaning the coating wears off. I wouldnt recommend this cage for larger birds. This is perfect for the Senegal, Sunfire maybe Quakers but if you have an animal thats prone to bitting and bending bars or trying to get out this may not be the cage for you. The metal is easily bendable however my parrot uses it like a safe place, shelter and hes outside of it just as much as hes inside of it. Fortunately I dont have an escape artist or a bar bitter. if you have someone similar youll love this cage. I woke him up to take a picture he wasnt a happy camper hes hiding in the top arch area.. I purchased this as a travel cage for my Yellow Nape Amazon. I took a chance on the size since I couldn't find any reviews mentioning a larger parrot. The instructions just show a photo of the pieces and how they go together. It wasn't too difficult but needed to be tightened up at the joins. Anyone having a parrot knows how quickly they can learn to open the doors and food spaces. This cage has "pins" holding in the food dishes. Word to the wise, remember to purchase locks to secure the doors! For the price, this is a well constructed cage designed more for conures, cockateils and parakeets. It will for work for my Yellow Nape but only for travel. The only negative I can think of is the wooden dowel perches are not long enough and can easily fall off. Cage is absolutely beautiful. The only reason I took away one star is due to the instructions being more difficult than they should have been at the end, misaligned front piece that I can't seem to correct, and for some bent pieces (which were very easy to be back into place.) Note to others: when getting to the top portion, put the cage pieces in, then add the crossbars and tighten. You will save yourself a lot of frustration and finger pinching by doing it that way. It is still difficult that way though. Also, I recommend you go slow and make sure the cage stays in the channels before securing the crossbars.
