The metal feels strong and secure, and the doors latch firmly so I don’t worry about them pushing their way out. Setup was super simple — I put both crates together by myself in less than 2 hours. Everything lined up well and the instructions were clear, so assembly wasn’t a hassle at all. I bought the beds separately, but they fit perfectly inside the crates and make them extra cozy. I needed 2 crates to fit in the space in the back of my vehicle. I had ordered 2 other crates from a different company that were supposed to be 19" wide which would have fit in my 40" space. However when I got them and measured them set up, they were 21" wide, so they didn't work. When this crate said 17" wide, I was hopeful that would be a true measurement and it was!! Both crates fit fine, so the measurements are perfectly true. The blue color is fantastic. Shipping was quick and came a day earlier than expected. Quality is what I expected, like a normal crate. Very happy with these crates, I would recommend. Picture is in the back of a Ford Explorer and the dogs are medium size border collies 35-40 pounds for size reference.. Darlene. Joelton, TN. Good inexpensive dog crate.. Anonymous. Mon Aug 31 2026

This is a well made solid crate for a large dog. I have a medium dog and she is going to have plenty of room to move around. I needed something that would be easy to clean because she has had stomach issues recently. She prefers laying on the tile floor rather than a cushion or dog bed. Her previous crate was furniture style and I constructed it without the bottom and she would lay on the tile. I decided to build this and place a towel on the crate bottom and use the tray that belongs underneath, on the inside of the crate. This way she is laying on the plastic and if she has an accident at night all I have to do is take the tray outside to clean it. No more bending down inside a piece of furniture to clean my floor. She appears to be getting over her tummy issues and seemed very content to sleep on the tray last night. Happy dog, happy dog mommy. I'm 62 and I built this by myself in about 2 hours. Directions are clear and easy to follow if you have some basic experience putting furniture together. My only concern is that the small screws that attach the door hinges are not a good fit, they don't tighten, they just keep spinning. Will probably need to try to find a replacement screw that fits the hole but grips better. Otherwise, I love this new bedtime haven for my girl.. Aileen. Fort Pierce, FL. Fri Jun 27 2025

This large dog crate is made of heavy duty sturdy steel pipe, strong & durable. Fish scale welding technology reinforced the extra large dog crate. And no burrs and sharp edges of welding parts, safe for dogs.

Great crate! We have a 180 pound cane Corsa that has occasional anxiety issues when his people family leave him. On our previous wire crates, his pushing actually bent the wire and warped the door so badly we needed to replace it. This crate is STRONG and there is no way our dog, despite his strength, can bend the bars. It is slightly narrower than our other wire crates, but he easily turns around in it. It was very easy to assemble, but it did take two people to hold parts still so that the hardware went in straight. I love the wheels! I can reposition the crate easily even with him in it. If you have puppies, the door on top would be a great way to get them in without running out of the front door. Note that if you put the wheels in place, the dog will need to step up into the crate 5 inches. If your dog has mobility issues, Id keep the crate on the floor to avoid the step up. Doors open smoothly and are wide enough to let even very large dogs inside with ease. This was expensive, but way cheaper in the long run as it was our second wire crate that he destroyed! He’s a great dog, just very strong. If you have a dog like ours, don’t hesitate it’s a great crate.. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Tue Jan 06 2026
