I have a neurotic cockatiel that hates any kind of change. The plastic bottom and tray are falling apart on his current cage. Manufacturer cannot provide replacement parts - so a replacement cage is the answer. It is perfect and shipped fast and in perfect condition . Very pleased with this cage!. Bennita. Venice, FL. It will be a good spare cage. I like the open top design. My box was damaged in shipping and the tops of the feed cups were missing. To order the replacement was easy.. Cynthia. Harbeson, DE. Wed Sep 05 2018
